BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Maryland’s response rate for the U.S. Census is up to 54.2%, officials report.
It seems like people are finding the time to fill out the census during the state’s stay at home order due to the coronavirus pandemic, they said.
Maryland is now ranked 13th in the U.S. for its response rate and second in the region behind Virginia.
